I-IV type lead&acid fume purification&collectionequipment is special for process of plate formation.Acid fume can be purified and collected for reuse.The air condition ofworkshop can reach stipulated health standard and emission standard of Health Standard of Design of Industrial Enterprises(TJ36-79).The acid fume purification&collectionequipment was designed by the 9th Acedamy of the 6th Machine-BuildingDepartmenttogether withShanghai Mechanical&Electric Acedamy.The design documenthas been approved by Construction Research Institute of China Contstruction Ministry.It is small in size, light in weight and is with high efficiency. Acid fume goes through dualsuction pipes, being gathered and purified by acid&lead collectors.That is, acid fume goes through multilayer porous plastic board, acid granules forming droplets flowing downward to recycle container and clean air being discharged by plastic blower into the atmosmhere. The combination systemis easy in operation and maintenance, low in operation cost, endurable in time and low temperature and isacid recyclable.
