Curing Chamber

SD-G Intelligent Curing Chamber&Drying Chamber (ICDC)employ OSI curing and drying technology from USA.With the ICDC,the whole process of plate curing&drying can be undertaken automatically. ICDC, operated with a visual PLC touch screen,consists of a storage chamber, a heating chamber and a control system. The material of the two chamber walls is insulated polyurethane foam with stainless steel sheet cladding so that the heat and the humidity inside can be preserved steadily.Inside the two chambers comprise air distribution system,heating system,humidifying system,temperature&humidity meassuring&controlling system and air inlet&outlet system.The accessories inside the storage chamber are stainless and anticorrosive. The low-speed frequency-adjustable recycle roller blower and the dehumidifying blower ensures three-dimentional air-distribution and homogeneous heat and humidity inside the storage chamber to ensure quality cured& dried plates.The curing&drying process can be accelerated as result of the adjustable airflow.The quality imported temperature&humidity converter can endure high temperature and is anticorrosive and dustproof.The PLC touch screen has access to be connected to printer and other instruments.The PLC touch screen is programmable and can save 20 different technical programmes for use,each programme comprises ten sections and each section 999 minutes.Two humidifying types, atomized water and sprayed steam, are optional according to spot-tested temperature and users requirement.
